Perfect Weather has been updated to version 1.1, adding some new features as well as fixes for some issues. You can now share an animated GIF of your current weather map with others through AirDrop, Messages, email, Twitter, or Flickr. To do this, tap the button in the bottom right corner and hit Share Animated GIF when looking at a location.
There have been some smaller improvements as well. For one, the temperature of your current location can now be displayed as an icon badge on your home screen. Additionally, Celsius is supported in this release. Both of these options are accessed by tapping the Edit button in the top right corner of the app, then tapping the Setting button that appears in the top left corner. A marker for your current location has been added to the map. And finally, Perfect Weather has better URL support for Launch Center Pro, another app by Contrast.
There are also a few fixes in this release. An issue leading to a double-height status bar has been resolved. The type legibility has been enhanced, and some other minor bugs have been fixed as well. The update is free for current users, while new users can grab the app for the sale price of $1.99. Perfect Weather is normally available for $2.99.
