Lanham joined Buck Cincinnati at the beginning of 2013 as a principal and leader of its retirement practice. His responsibilities included providing area employers solutions for their retirement benefit plans.
He has more than 15 years of actuarial and consulting industry experience, specializing in the design and administration of employer sponsored pension and retiree medical benefit programs. Prior to joining Buck, Lanham worked as a senior consultant at Towers Watson, where he served as the senior actuary and professional excellence leader in the Cincinnati office, ensuring all employees met professional standards and internal review policies.
Lanham has a bachelor?s degree from The Ohio State University.
