Chest flys can be done easily at your home without much effort.? Sit on a chair in the middle and lift equal weights in your arms. Raise your hands with weight straight to reach your shoulder level and slowly lower it down. Keep in mind that your hands should be closer together facing your lower body. Repeat this exercise 12 times a day as 3 sets. You can avoid using a bra at night.
Always be patient, the changes in the breast size will gradually increase and you will be able to realize that quickly. Especially, when you are going through the stage of puberty, it will take some time to increase the size of your breasts.
