The Baltimore Ravens have scheduled a news conference for Monday afternoon with former wide receiver Derrick Mason.
Ravens general manager/executive vice president Ozzie Newsome, and Coach John Harbaugh will join Mason at the the 3 p.m. news conference.
Mason is expected to announce to retire as a Raven.
Mason was drafted by Tennessee in 1997, where he played for eight seasons.
Mason signed with the Ravens as an unrestricted free agent in 2005. He played in Baltimore for six seasons. He became the Ravens' all-time leading receiver with 5,777 yards from 2005 to 2010.
